Active Soft XC800-S
The Active Soft XC800-S uses revolutionary technology to lower the pH level of water through the natural process of chelation. Unlike traditional salt-based softeners that remove calcium, Active Soft binds and isolates calcium ions using Citrus-Charge, a proprietary formula. This minimizes the chance of calcium precipitating and forming scale.
Citrus-Charge also naturally lowers the pH of hard water, bringing it closer to the neutral range and significantly reducing its scale-forming potential.
⚠️ Note: This unit is designed for cold water use only. For hot water applications, please refer to the WX-10.
